Very rude staff there! Just called and talked with the receptionist and she argued with me the entire conversation, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She tried to tell me I no showed for two appointments when I had explained that I had called and left a message to cancel for one and the other one I did no show since I got my eye Dr apt mixed up with my family doctors appointment - she just kept saying "no you never called you no showed" how rude for someone to sit there and keep arguing with a patient. She basically sat on the phone belittling me on how I shouldn't of done things when ordering contacts online, instead of suggesting things and helping with the situation. Very disgusted about the way she acted.
